Dylan was awesome and very thorough every step of the way. From the initial inspection and coordinating with our insurance adjuster, to walking us through the contract, Dylan made sure we were comfortable with the process. We were consulted on every aspect of the final product as far as shingle/gutter type and color. We were offered options for each product and given pros/cons of them as well. Once everything was approved and the contract was signed, the roofing team got started immediately. The roofing team took two days to complete the job, which was impressive to me with how complex our roof is. The gutter team was there the following day and made gutters/downspouts look easy. Both teams thoroughly removed the old and damaged materials and were careful to keep the mess picked up from our yard and driveway. I popped by to check progress a couple of times and noticed at least one person running a wheeled magnet in my yard every time. The final results were beyond our expectations!
